We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in original condition, free of scratches, damage, or signs of use, and returned with original box, papers, tags, and all included components. Items must be in the same condition as received.

Any item that shows signs of wear or misuse may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

All returned watches undergo a detailed inspection to verify authenticity, physical condition, serial integrity, and completeness of accessories. Refunds are issued only once the item passes inspection.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for items marked as “Final Sale”, returns requested after the 7-day window, products showing signs of wear, damage, or water exposure, or items missing original packaging or components.
